Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website chefworks.co.in and any catering or event services provided by C W Hospitality LLP (“Chefworks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and C W Hospitality LLP, registered and operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Our Services

Chefworks provides premium catering and event management services in Bangalore and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

  • Wedding catering — multi-day ceremonies, sangeet, reception, and traditional meals
  • Corporate catering — office lunches, conferences, product launches, and team events
  • Private parties — birthday celebrations, BBQ parties, and intimate gatherings
  • Hi-tea events and themed food experiences
  • Live counters, buffet setups, and plated fine-dining experiences

All menus are curated by our expert chefs and prepared from our ISO 22000 certified central kitchen at Thanisandra, Bengaluru.

Service availability is subject to date, location, and capacity. We reserve the right to decline enquiries at our discretion.

Bookings & Confirmation

All event bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment and a signed service agreement or written confirmation.

  • Enquiries submitted through the website or WhatsApp do not constitute a confirmed booking
  • A detailed quotation will be provided based on your event requirements
  • Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance and written sign-off
  • Final guest count, menu preferences, and special dietary requirements must be communicated at least 5 working days prior to the event
  • Last-minute changes to guest count or menu may attract additional charges

Chefworks reserves the right to adjust service scope if confirmed requirements change significantly close to the event date.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure is as follows:

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and cheque (subject to clearance)
  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to revision for events booked more than 6 months in advance
  • Chefworks is not liable for any bank charges or transaction fees incurred by the client

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties given the advance preparation involved in event catering.

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing to connect@cwhl.in
  • In case of event postponement, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability
  • If Chefworks is unable to fulfil the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), a full refund of the advance will be provided

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a seamless event, clients are responsible for the following:

  • Providing accurate event details — venue address, access timings, guest count, and layout requirements
  • Ensuring Chefworks staff have safe and timely access to the venue for setup, service, and breakdown
  • Notifying us of any guest allergies, dietary restrictions, or religious requirements in advance
  • Ensuring a safe working environment for our team at the event venue
  • Securing any necessary permissions from the venue for catering operations
  • Any damage to Chefworks equipment, crockery, or setup caused at the venue will be the client’s responsibility

Limitation of Liability

Chefworks will make every effort to deliver services as agreed. However, our liability is limited under the following circumstances:

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, natural events, or venue-related issues
  • Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service
  • We are not responsible for food wastage arising from a significant reduction in guest count from the confirmed number
  • Chefworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use

Chefworks operates from an ISO 22000 certified kitchen and follows strict food safety standards. In the unlikely event of a food quality concern, please contact us immediately and we will investigate promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, menus, logos, videos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of C W Hospitality LLP and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially use our content without prior written consent
  • Linking to our website for non-commercial purposes is permitted
  • Any testimonials, reviews, or photographs shared with us may be used for our marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise

Amendments to These Terms

Chefworks reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of our website or services after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes affecting existing bookings, we will make reasonable efforts to notify clients directly.

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
