With over 25 years of leadership in the hospitality space, Jimmy Kuruvila is more than just the founder of Chefworks — he’s the architect behind its soul. A seasoned entrepreneur, food & beverage specialist, and creative strategist, who has built his reputation on crafting F&B experiences where flavour, precision, and his team taking centre stage.
From designing world-class F&B spaces, setting up 17+ pre-opening hospitality projects, his expertise spans everything from event management and corporate catering to facility management, client relations, and sales. He has an instinctive ability to turn ideas into structured operations — bringing together creativity and business sense in perfect balance.
